Overall we enjoyed our experience. There was an issue with the hot water in the master bathroom. Communication was prompt, however it was a days wait for maintenance and then they needed part (which is fine, but communication on that fact would have been nice). Beds were very firm! This was a wonderful place for a family getaway! Everything was as described. The pool/playground was outside the gate, which the kids loved. Everything was decorated in a coastal theme. Communication with a host was exceptional. Our family will stay here again!
